Reloadable credit cards

Spitballing here but..

Is it possible to reload a Coles reloadable credit card using an AmEx Platinum Edge? There's extra rewards with 1 flybuys point per $2 spend on coles and if you did spend at coles could you swipe your flybuys separately.

Perhaps even pay ATO (Didn't see anything any exclusions on the PDS) subject to the 0.42% surcharge

Don't know about the Coles cards specifically, but I've never seen a prepaid card that could be topped up using another credit card - I imagine the CC fees would make it thoroughly unprofitable for the prepaid card provider.

You can reload on debit card only

do you earn points if you pay the ato with it? up to last week until they starting blocking cards it was possib le to top up using vpay
