Hi all,

I have been trying to rack my brain from last year but my anniversary was May 31 and I still havent been sent my new card (requalified WP).

I know they allow a month's grace after the expiry date but I dont know if I can use quick check or gain access to QP when they see my card was expired two months ago.

Has anyone else experienced a lengthy delay in receiving their replacement cards? Thought I would check here before firing off an email to QFF.

Send the email anyway, your card seems to have got lost.

However, for Qantas (within Australia at least), your FF card will still work for Quickcheck, and the Qantas Club should let you in. If they read the expiry date (unlikely), advise that you are waiting for a replacement card. They will swipe it on their computer and your correct expiry will be shown.

If travelling overseas, then get the card replaced asap. A lot of lounges will not let you in with an expired card (partners mainly).

Thanks... sending the email now.

I would advise also picking up the phone if you don't get an overnight email from QF acknowledging your email.

sent email last night, received two acknowledgement emails and this morning received a phone call from QFF.

New card on way should be here in 5 days. :D
