So I purchased an O class sale fare travelling SIN-BNE-SYD-MEL-SIN (turning SG on arrival in BNE:p).

Now my plans have changed and I'm wondering about the possibility of re-routing the SYD-MEL-SIN return leg to be SYD-HKG instead.

Is this possible/preferable? The SIN QF site does not allow open jaws ending in HKG from the multi-city tool so I'm not too sure how to get an idea of the possible cost (I'm happy to pay the 75SGD rebook fee).

Thanks!

I changed a cheap sale airfare out of SIN recently and paid ~$140 all up which was the change fee and the service fee. I was lucky there was no change in airfare. I did the same last year as well when I was in hospital and could not travel.

As far as I am aware you should be able to change the destination and QF consultants will calculate the difference in airfare between what you paid and what the new airfare will cost. You do not have to make changes if the cost is higher than you expect.
