Ooo how does one request the LTG card specifically? I only see the standard "request card" button which I used earlier in the year to request my WP card.

I don't know that you can if you are still registered as a WP. LTG presumably lies in the background until invoked.

I was WP for >20 years until 1 September 2023 when I reverted to LTG. As mentioned, I had achieved LTG way back in 2008, but was registered as WP with QF from then until the walk of shame occurred.

I hadn't bothered with a physical WP card for years, but seeing that they had made physical cards available again, I thought I may as well snare one.

New card arrived on Thu or Fri last week - I requested on 5 Nov (online).

Now to work out what’s going on with VA. Got back to SG back in July but nothing seen. Apparently we have to request a kit (even when moving up…).

That stopped working a few months ago when they separated the QF Money from member card.

I just tried to extract the small amount of remaining money in Qantas Money/Pay - but I need to quote the CSC and expiry date of the physical card. The only physical card I have is from 2023 (not sure if there was a new one for 2024?) and of course that has expired. So it looks like the only way to get that money back is to order a new Qantas Pay card. I'll do that, but it just seems a bit unnecessary...

Yep, I probably mentioned up thread that I needed to request a new card to get some residual balance off via an ATM….

Oh No! Tick box is blanked out for physical card, only digital card available.

Choices, choices! Bag tags seem only option.

Anyone else faced with these "difficult" choices?

I can't remember being offered these in the last 11 years since my initial upgrade to WP.

Just a thought, but they used to send out a welcome pack by post when you retained your status. Am I wrong?

Thanks, I looked for a similar tread but couldn't find one. On the other threads it suggests that physical cards are available but I couldn't request one.
