A quick question about retro claims with Virgin. I recently had a number of flights on EY that never registered in my account. I made a retro claim, and it says on my VA account the claims were successful in the retro status, but zero points are listed against this flights that now appear in my account activity. Previously I have made retro claims for air New Zealand domestic flights which have been unsuccessful and noted as such. Considering these recent flights say successful, should I wait to see the points drop into the account, chase up EY or chase up VA.

If you are claiming the points to VA, then I'd give VA a call to find out what's happening.
