Retro points claim with Krisflyer mix up

Hi folks,

So just posting this here in case it proves to be useful to anyone else...

I recently had an SQ booking that went: BNE-SIN, SIN-BLR, BLR-SIN, SIN-BNE. All flights except SIN-BLR showed up in my velocity account, which went to Krisflyer... If you book on the SQ site, make sure you're not logged into your Krisflyer account, it seems to be impossible to switch away from it if you do! I asked all the checkin folks to make sure the flights credited to my velocity account, but this one seems to have slipped through.

I put in a retro claim today and will report back on how it goes. A guy on the customer service line says the last one of these he did took 6 months! Hopefully this is faster, I'm in with a shot at platinum before then...

So - just a quick update... More than a month later, and I have had no response to the initial query. Also had a similar problem on some other flights, so I've put in a second claim too.
