Yep, it is a pain. I got caught out at the Perth Crowne Plaza. It does not show up as Crowne Plaza on the billing statement so the bonus points were not awarded, and required a follow up....or two.
As well as the awful Citibank website, this is one aspect of the product which really annoys me.
We never really know if we have been diddled unless we keep our own spreadsheet. How hard can it be to show the points on our on-line accounts?
