Reward points for paying one credit card bill with my Select via BPay

Hi everyone, I can't find the answer to this question: if I pay my Qantas SCU credit card account using the online BPay facility from my Citi Select card, will this be treated as a purchase, and hence score reward points?

Scrub that, as suspected Qantas SCU won't accept payment this way. Would be good if you could pay one credit card with another though!

But isnt EFTPOS only for debit cards?
So you would then be paying with cash and earn no points.

Where would you go to pay a bill with EFTPOS?
I can only think of AuPost but they do not list QSCU, Amex, Citibank or any other credit card company I could think of as a company whose bills you can pay.
