What are the thoughts of other AFF's regarding purchasing a referal for Royal Ambassador membership from e-bay.

I am planning to spend a number of nights this year staying with Intercontinental and although I am an Ambassador currently, I wouldnt mind the extra perks of being a Royal

It's worth it...if you are planning to spend some nights in ICs.
Im planning to get one for this year... <redacted>

Thanks, yes I am sure it is worth it but I am more interested in finding out if there are any risks to my Priority club membership and/or my Ambassador membership if it is somehow discovered that it was bought off ebay.

.... and that's when the conversation stopped !!

Interesting to note, that there have been fewer and fewer RA Referral vouchers being posted on THAT auction site ...

In fact, none for the past few weeks.

Last reported 'sale' was at $US1,100.

Thats because they are only being provided to those that renew based on nights stayed, which doubled in terms of required numbers last year.
