San Francisco Delta Sky Lounge

Hi. Just in the San Francisco Delta Sky Lounge and we are pleasantly surprised! We were expecting crackers, cheese and vegetable sticks but instead there is a variety of substantial food. Clam chowder, tomato soup with croutons/bread roll, turkey sliders, construct your own pho soup as well as chicken salad, raisin and choc chip cookies and nachos.

Light and spacious. Much more pleasant than the International Business Lounge in Melbourne. We should have stayed longer in the Emirates Lounge in Melbourne, much, much better.

Yes, its relatively new, maybe 2 years. Quite nice. The old one was landside narrow amd up a rickety lift.

The new one at SEA is even better.

It looks really nice, a big improvement on how I remember American domestic lounges to be!

Makes me sad though that delta don't seem to fly direct from SFO to LAS. I had to book with SouthWest airlines instead. Im gonna have a peek in the LAX Delta lounge in a few months and hopefully its of a similar standard
