I have read online that QFF's can claim points for SAS flights within Scandinavia if the flight code begins with 'SK'.

I want to reserve a flight from Tallinn (Estonia) to London Heathrow. The flight code begins with SK, but Estonia is not usually classed as a Scandinavian country (although there would be a short stopover in Sweden).

Would I get QFF points for this flight? Further flight info is below;

Departure: Tallinn, Estonia
Arrival: Stockholm, Sweden
SAS Airlines SK8403 - Operated by Estonian Air

Departure: Stockholm, Sweden
Arrival: London Heathrow
SAS Airlines SK1527

Estonia is not in Scandinavia , so cannot see that the Estonia-Sweden flight will earn miles. Scandinavia is an imprecise term and does get used in slightly different ways, but never heard of Estonia being classed as being part of it

The Sweden to London flight is definitely ineligable

Estonians "think" they are Scandies, but are European States that used to be Baltic States. Given that these flights are operated by Estonian aircraft with code share SK numbers, I would suggest do not expect anything unless a mistake is made. This flight doesn't even show up on SAS's route maps.

Throughly recommend Tallinn as a destination.

If the flight is a codeshare flight, then it is automatically excluded from mileage earning

You could always try Finnair from TLL-LHR via HEL (unless you have a reason to go to Stockholm).

Being OW, there is no concern re QFF points.
