Not that I eat sausage very often except in the form of spicy salami (as long as it's not mass produced cough from the likes of Don), I'm interested in the forum members, particularly the Sydney Clan - where the hell is a good butcher?
I have been spoilt for choice in Melbourne with GREAT butchers, what the hell is wrong with Sydney? The 3 or 4 I have now tried (all three times to eliminate a false positive) have all been cough, the meat is Ho Hum and is second or third grade.
