SC earning on DJ codeshares?

Have dug through the T&Cs, and also various parts of the Velocity Rewards website and can't find the answer to the following:

- Do you earn SC on flights operated by "Skywest Airline" (as a DJ flight number).
- Do you earn SC on ferries operated by "Hayman Resort" or "Fantasea Cruises" (when they are a DJ codeshare).

The best T&C I can see that matches is:

1.15 Points and Status Credits may not be earned or may be earned at different rates for code share flights operated by different airlines (that is where a Member is travelling under a Virgin Australia, Pacific Blue, or Polynesian Blue flight number, but the flight is operated by another carrier). But the linked page doesn't help. Everything refers to "flights", and the whole code-sharing arrangements aren't discussed except for V Australia.

10 SC and 1000 pts for a QF codeshare Brampton Island transfer was probably the weirdest SCs I have ever earned with QF, a Hayman Island SC run would be hard going .

While it's not definitive, a starting point would be to see if your end points were on the page at Zones | Velocity Rewards.
