SC for Hong Kong Airlines

Hi All,

1st time poster, I was looking at OOL to HKG in business, the flight has a VA code so Im pretty sure there is SC earn, but going through these forums velocity seems to be hit & miss. My reading of the conditions is that is should be ok for the earn, would that be correct?
