Seat 3F in U Class for QF25

I am booked on QF25 on the 27th from MEL to LAX va ALK. I am booked in Class U (Business) but have been assigned seat 3F. The booking shows the aircraft to be a 747 400. Could anyone assit? Normally QF25 is a J and Y Class only A/C without a seat 3F. Would Qantas use one of its 3 class 747's and just put U class passangers in the first seats? or does this mean another A/C such as the A330?
