Saw an intereting one today. Preallocating my seats on a 747 flight to Joburg and noticed that seats 23-25 J/K aren't there to be selected (not unavailable, just not there) Any ideas?

With all the aircraft dramas that QF has been having, aircraft substitutions are happening all the time.

This is the most likely reason for seats being in different configurations to the ones you expect.

It’s been previously noted if the flight is also sold as a codeshare then certain seats may not be available as they’re allocated to the codeshare flight.
