Not normally a great joiner of things, so it will be interesting to see how this goes. I fly quite a bit and have the standard hassles any regular traveller would have but normally get to resolve them without too much fuss. However, recent experiences with Qantas customer services have been so appalling that I have decided to see what ways there might be to draw attention to the fact that, no matter how good a company's planes and flight staff may be, if customer service is not up to scratch, it's going to lose customers. They've certainly lost me.
