SG Arrival Card document check - digital ok?

Has anyone who's recently travelled to Singapore with QF had success at check in with showing their SGAC on their phone instead of having a print out?

I travelled QF to SIN in Feburary when a lot more documents were required, and had no issue with all-digital documents.

I travelled to SIN with EK last week and they asked to see the digital arrival card on my mobile...

I travelled to SIN in May with printed docs and got waved into the priority immigration queue for crew etc, therefore I got through much quicker than I would have done if I had not had the printouts. Not essential to have a printout, but it helped with my arrival.

They are in use for arrival and departure.

An Oz passport is fine for departure but you have to be registered to use on arrival.

Registration has been made harder as the facility to do this at Changi has closed.

Yes, used it on arrival in May after registering before COVID.

Thank you I couldn't find any info about it online (other than the above mentioned page), just that they were looking to introduce the new registration system (so wasn't sure the old one was still valid).

I visited in May and was given a little leaflet explaining that I had been automatically registered for the automated gates for future visits. I think they did a few upgrades to their systems while travel was down and they had a chance to test/verify with low impact on throughput.

Back on topic, I had printed out all of my arrival docs because I wanted to be sure, but other passengers at check in had digital and it seemed to be fine.

Ditto but told we could use the eGates leaving. Mind you, I don’t recall seeing anything other than eGates departing…

There are still manual counters on the side which I was directed to on Friday evening as the eGate didn't work for me for some reason...

I have been a fairly frequent visitor to Singapore, but I never actually signed up for anything. If I recall correctly there was a program that you could register for before Covid where if you visited more than twice in two years you could be fast-tracked at immigration (my memory of the details is a little fuzzy). Not sure if this has replaced that or not.

And yes, e-gates as the default on departure now. Was very straightforward.
