Rex cancelled a sector of a two sector flight, without offering any alternative. At the time, when speaking to the agent, the due refund was in the order of $300. A month down the road, with no refund in sight, I waited out hour it took to get somebody on the phone. And now they've decided to refund $180. Well less than the cost of the replacement airline...which was itself cheaper than Rex anyway. I guess they've been taking lessons from AJ. Anyway, tried to give them a go. Won't do so again.

You're not going to find much better at virgin. I was entitled to a full refund under consumer law. (Crew shortage, next available flight hours away.)

Refund request done by the lounge.

You'd think that would be straight forward!! 8 calls, 6 emails, and two sets of correspondence to the ACA tell otherwise!
