Looking at my most recent 28 Degrees statement I see a charge for Shoppers Protection...over an ATO charge!

I've had that reversed but my next task is to review past statements in case I have overlooked such charges and paid up.

I'm not sure if Shoppers Protection is being charged by default or if we can inform credit provider to not charge for all "purchases", whether ATO or not.

It will always be charged if your card is in debt at statement time. The T&C's don't differentiate. Its a % charge. But I'd never use this card anyway for ATO payments.

28 Degrees is a percentage of the closing balance if I recall correctly.
