I learned over the last couple of months that the SQ Facebook page wasn't actually managed by SQ and was managed by an unrelated person. With the excitement of the new SQ website it seems that SQ management may have found out that someone else was controlling over 100,000 of their fans.

It looks like they have negotiated (paid out) for the privilege of their fans.

The SQ FB is https://www.facebook.com/singaporeair

From viewing the various posts on the Wall today, it seems they still haven't got onto the level of conversation that they can be having with their fan base.

If you were in charge of SQ social media, what would you be doing?

Dont use facebook but had a quick look. Appears to be very contrived - a lot like the cabin crew, who although most think are some of the best ( and
I agree !), seem to often to give the impression when you to try to "chat" that their answers have been rehearsed.

I would be looking to employ local facilities in each country serviced so some "chatting" with an understanding of local expression could be included
and make the sites a little more human.

When you are dealing with SIA you are dealing with the singapore government. While democractically elected, we all know that it doesn't occur within the Westminster traditions.

is a group of three still a conspiracy?

Enough said.
