I received this email from SIA earlier this week, two months following by last flight with them. The survey was very simple and asking about wine preferences. I found it interesting to see the level of research they are putting into their wine. Personally I'm happy to drink whatever is available!

Dear Mr Albatross710,
Thank you for flying with Singapore Airlines.

We are conducting an online survey to gather feedback on the wine preferences of our passengers. Your feedback is important to us and will be used to improve our services to serve you better in the future.

We hope to hear your views about your wine preference. If you would like to participate in this survey, please click on the link below. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.

They support Australian wines in moderate ways is my experience. Their Lanson champers in J was always a nice dry crisp drop, good for air travel. I find their wines well matched and keen to experiement with Amercian drops (north and south)

They bought me a Krug one day after a mix up, found it the other day in some packing boxes.............hope it stored well!!!!

what was your response to their survey?

cheers

what was your response to their survey?
no great insights on wine from me. I selected a preference to Aussie wines and also ticked favourably "spain" as a response to memorable backpacking year in Spain drinking <$1 red wines.

I got this survey, and a couple of questions where about preference out of three given "new world" countries - such as Chile, South Africa (and one other) - which would you choose a white from, and which you would choose a red from. I took that as surveying acceptability of sourcing wines from lower cost producing countries. Maybe I'm being a little too cynical though.
