Singapore accommodation

Hi,
I have been looking for self-contained accommodation in Singapore for six nights over New Year 2015/2016. The key essentials are air-con, a pool and four beds for five people (not pull out sofas). Keen to be no more than $250 a night but finding great difficulty sourcing it. Have found two places on airbnb but would be keen to have a wider selection. Any suggestions?

Suspect very limited selection at that price range in SIN at any time of the year.

Have followed through with the property on airbnb. Limited range available at a "reasonable " price so jumped in while some availability.
