Hi all
I have booked flights between sin to cgk and cgk to sin recently. Today I made a change to my cgk to sin leg and the lady at the SQ call centre stuffed up my booking! Not only did I have to pay an extra $420sgd for the change but the lady has cancelled my sin to cgk leg. How ridiculous is this??? Took them more than an hour and to fix the problem but they still charged me a service fee...
Just be warned... normally I have good experiences with SQ but there are people who still stuff things up!!!
