Depends on who you're spending with. AMEX MR transfer to KF at 1 for 1, I believe.

Citi Prestige currently transfers across at 1.33/$1 then 1:1 after March 18 with the benefit of 100% acceptance.l as a Visa.

Wow that's a big spend. If it is ATO payments then it's a lot harder, no Citi and Amex only 0.5
