Singapore for New Year's Eve - any suggestions?

Hi all, looking for advice. Obviously would like a great view of the fireworks, was thinking of a rooftop bar, perhaps somewhere where we kicked on after dinner. Would love some suggestions, thank you.

I had a room at MBS once that looked right over the water, hate to think how much it would cost on NYE but sitting in your club room or the rooftop watching would be pretty good.

I tried, but MBS sold out. Got a room close by though. Really wanted to try that infinity pool too.

Perhaps try 1-Altitude

Hate to think what they'll charge for NYE, but you can't beat the view from the bar at the top. Only issue will be is if there is a thunderstorm, they close it.

Also beware of the Long Island iced teas

Fullerton bay- Lantern.
Lighthouse at the Fullerton
Catalunya or any restaurant across the One Fullerton area.

Everywhere will be expensive. Something free- the concert area at the Durians/the Esplanade is likely to have something happening, with a good view. Would be crazily packed I think.
