Hi, I have a "Hello Fresh" $35- off voucher if anyone can use it. I don't know anything about them other than they don't deliver where I live. I suggest a good read of the T&C's before using.

Happy to PM the code to first reply that wants it with 50+ posts.

Fair enough - I will chuck this one.

I suspected it may be the case but thought I should still make the offer

I took up an offer from HelloFresh a month or so ago. There was some points reward and the price was good. The two discounted boxes arrived and since then I've gone onto a regular schedule.

The ingredients are good. Fresh, as the name implies. The amounts are enough for three people, despite being advertised as for two. They are packed well (with cold items well insulated), delivered promptly, and of good quality.

The recipes sealed the deal with me. Each meal has a recipe card, showing the final product, the list of ingredients (with quantities for two or four people), and illustrated step by step guides. There is nothing difficult about the preparation - just follow the card. Each meal takes about 30-45 minutes to prepare, but a lot of that is cooking time - you won't be chained to the kitchen bench the whole time.

The finished meals are balanced, healthy, and delicious. A good variety, but basically some meat, some carbs, some veg. Heavy on the salads for summer, not too much carbs.

There are various options available, for vegetarians etc., but we are omnivores. Meals for two or four people (but they are generous, as indicated above), three or four meals per week. Each shipment may be suspended or changed to cope with holidays etc. There is an app as well as a website.

I'm a lazy cook, and I love not having to think up a menu for the week, go out and shop. That still leaves four nights I have to cook (or go out), but I can fall back on my usual recipes, and I've lifted a few of the recipes to augment my repertoire. The fattoush salad with toasted flatbread squares is a family favourite.

I'm generally skeptical of deals like this. A way to harvest my money each week until I work out how to cancel. But I'm sold on HelloFresh. I've got some codes for a free box, and I've got some cards as illustrated earlier in the thread.

That looks delish. What a clever chef you are.
The jasmine rice was easy. The onions, green beans, and zucchini: slice thin, cook in a pan until soft. The chicken: marinate, pan-brown, finish in the oven.

All easy. Can't say I was a fan of the vege mix, but ate down enough to keep the wife from nagging. The chicken was excellent.

No chef skills required. Used a banjo to slice the zucchini and onion thin.

I could work on my food photography a bit. :)
