I suspect it will happen around 2030.
Surely not much scope for extra funding at the moment with all the works going on. But when they start wrapping up in 3-5 years, if the appetite is there...I will say at least there is a PT option, and the Skybus for all the faults I find a pretty acceptable option. It seems to be a well run operation whenever I happen to catch it (every couple of months)
