Just a heads up, spoke to a charming AMEX rep just now, transfer is supposed to be next working day but Virgin are having problems, points transfers since 4Apr are stuck in limbo and not crediting, they should credit in the next couple of days. If you need the points to book a flight ring velocity and they will chat to Amex and sort it out.
