Is this London's smallest Double Room?

I am just my in the process of researching hotels for my UK trip next year starting in London.

I have looked at a number of listings and I always click on the more details to checkout the room's size, facilities etc.

One of these descriptions is :

Small Double Room
Room size: 1 m²
Bed: 1 single bed
Small double non smoking room, fully air-conditioned with complimentary WiFi connection. Features include work space, a laptop safe, and a rain fall shower.
Room facilities: Safety Deposit Box, Telephone, Air conditioning, Hairdryer, Iron, Radio, Desk, Seating Area, Free toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Heating, Satellite Channels, Bath or Shower, Carpeted, Laptop safe, Flat-screen TV, Tile/Marble floor, Wake-up service, Wardrobe/Closet

ah..a tad too small!
