Some were unable to update their date of birth? It's like they're implying most people could update their DoB. Love it

Does anyone think that the text of the "apology" email is trying to take one for an idiot? How did that kind of wording pass the marketing and communications desk?

In any case, the new link works and updates were possible, plus I didn't have to reset my password again.
