Available on LH's website... economy/premium economy mixed fares exAU (economy to Asia, LH premY onwards) in the region of AUD2800. Not the best value, but at least it's all on one ticket, and can fly to a variety of Euro destinations (compared to just LHR/FRA/CDG on VN).

ExSIN - flash three-day sale to celebrate LH's 50 years in SIN. Fares, return, around SGD750 to Europe (variety of destinations). Eco cabin. Says they include taxes fees and charges.

standard international premium economy seat and ground handling (same arrangement as QF/JL/CX etc). Meals look a step down from QFs. Lounge access available for a fee.
