San choi bau on offer earlier this week - with pork, or with mushrooms. Sampled the pork:

Was fresh and a generous serve. But very bland. Chef added the red chillis. I added the kimchi and the chilli/oil from the self-serve bar alongside. Ended up a nice dish!
