We starting a thread on noodles 
. Did some quick poking around. Spice bar was lazy. Type of noodles should be made clear given there was no sample. as noodles are made of some kind of starch/flour normally wheat, rice, tapioca etc.
Cellophane noodles = glass noodles? I tolerate but won’t have it if other options
