It was fantastic to catch up to you on TPR and out at bar if F Rooey - I wish I could find an AFF cobber every visit there to chew the fat with - just a couple of observations on your post.It is certainly not unusual for SQ cabins to be quite warm to unbearably hot at first - just remember almost ALL SQ crew are either Singaporeans or from nearby Asian countries - HOT is normal to them so they do not notice a hot cabin most times. If you do feel a hot cabin just tell the IFS and they will readily adjust the temp - I do this regularly..
Agree wholeheartedly - not just small but ridiculously small.
Indeed the 2 bathrooms in R are al least twice the size of bathrooms on any 777 - the bathroom in A Row is larger than the bathroom in F Row - just another reason to always select 3C as the best seat in the house. Rooey you are no bigger than me - the day you or I find SQ R bathrooms too small is the day you and I best hit the pavements mate.
Yes EK has a shower - but that is the end of EK F's superiority over SQ R IMHO - the plastic bling of EK is bordering on vomitous - and as we discussed in TPR factor in the pts cost for rdpts EK F v SQ R - now remind me again which one is superior? What's that you say cove?Don't forget the Krug and Dom v the Dom only - that would be childish cove.
Except for the EY bed being like a slab of marble as you noted the other night - oh and flying backwards - some can never tolerate that.
But anyways - please don't think this is a SQ R better than any other / miner is bigger than yours post - F is F on all carriers and ALL carriers have points of difference that in some ways are superior to other carriers - eg - I rate TG F on 380 superior hard product than EK F - personal opinion only - but anyways long may availability to F travel on pts live - look how much fun it gives us all.
