Hello everyone. I’m waiting for a cash refund from SQ. I got acknowledgement emails that they received my refund request. They also said waiting time is 15 business days. It’s been 20 business days now. Am I being unreasonably impatient? I want to follow up, but I am not sure what is the best way to do it?  Any advice?
