Anyone know where this put those fare in relation to where they were at the start of the year before the price rise? Is this just a roll back of that price hike? Or are we now better off than we were?
 
Although it is nice to see fares come down isn't the reasoning wrong. Surely if the Aus dollar is falling and airlines want to maintain their level of profit they would have to increase the fare in Australian dollars?
