There appears to be an error in QFs system. At least, there is with the sequence of AA flights being recorded on the system.

The other day I flew LAX-DFW-MIA.
LAX-DFW took me from NB-PS.

Looking at my activity statement I was awarded Status Bonus points for LAX-DFW, the first leg and not for DFW-LAX, the second.
The statement shows them as:

[TD]Date

Now, as it turns out that's a small win for me as the first leg was longer but it could just have easily been the other way around. In fact, when I fly later on the trip to turn, with all being well, to WP then the last leg is longer than the first and I'll lose out.

Happened to me the first time I turned platinum. A quick phone call to Qantas fixed it on the spot.

An extra 20 odd points this way. Do you really want it fixed?

The OP might want the next mistake fixed, which is his concern. In my case, JFK-SYD posted before ORD-JFK (the flight that actually took me to platinum) - a significant loss for me, until fixed by Qantas.

If the OP then moves to SG and this happens again it is highly unlikely they are going to go back and see what happend last re-assesment. I have also hve the same thing happen I just emailed the FF team and it was rectified immediately.

It's more to do with the principle of it being incorrect as there's no need for it to be if the system is fixed.
Also, as others have mentioned, it could be a more significant difference when going SG-WP and that time it will work against me.
