Has anyone had a discrepancy between the status credit balance figure on the "my account page" and when they tally SCs in their activity statement.
In Jan 27 I was convinced my flights that day would take me to Gold but L logged in today and it say's status card balance is 490 and I need 10 points by Jan 29, while I my activity statement adds up to 500. Is it possible I am misunderstanding what Virgin defines as a year?

It may have something to do with expiring credits.

I had (by my calculations) just qualified WP. I had 120 SCs expiring on Dec 25, and was flying 120 SCs on Dec 25. Checked account on the 26th, and I was sitting 880 SCs and no WP. Next day, new 120 SCs posted, but then I had lost another 120. Total remained at 880. Just explained this over email and was sorted out pretty quickly.

If it adds up, and the expiry dates match, definitely send an email to [email protected].

Thanks for that. The status credit figure on the "my activity " page updated overnight so it now the same total as my activity statement.
Happy that I am now gold and don't have to do a last minute status run for 10 points.

Good to hear! Enjoy Gold life.
