Sorry if this has been posted.

My status credit rollover is Feb 28 each year.

I will be booking a flight in September (CNS-SYD-MEL-MQL return) with points plus pay in business class that will get me the 220 SC I need for silver FF. I am going overseas in November (CNS-MEL-LHR-FCO / FCO - LGW / LHR - FRA - SYD - CNS) which should net me around 300 minimum SC if I calculated it correctly. Because I will have earned all these SC before my rollover date, will that give me silver for another year, as I only need 250 to retain silver, or does it have to be earned in the next year to retain.

Thanks.

You will retain until 2013.

In answer to your specific question, those credits would have to be earned in the next member year to go towards retaining Silver.

The points you earn in your current member year (ending 28 Feb 2012) will go towards Gold. If you earn 700+ then you will get Gold until 28 Feb 2013. In any case, all status points will be wiped on 28 Feb 2012 (even though your actual status, Silver, Gold, or whatever you have got to between now and then, will remain until 2013 giving you the chance to retain it during that period).

Hope that makes some sense?
