Going to possibly provide a bit more detail? It could be a glitch? What does your account activity say? When is your membership anniversary(not that this should be an issue if you just qualified).

And of course, have you made an inquiry with QFF?

Must be a glitch ... i posted, wondering if this was isolated to just me. I qualified to platinum by 30 April, the anniversary. Have been getting platinum newsletters. In May, I have achieved 1,150 SCs and with another 50 SCs i would requalify for another 12 months to 30 April 2025. I've left message with QFF and hoping they'll return my call.

There are reports (including mine) of the QF IT system dropping Points Club despite re-qualifying, so this could be similar.

Did you take any screenshots of your status credits prior to May? What does your activity say regarding expired status credits when your year reset? Did you make sure you flew the four sectors on QF?

By 1150 SC's in May I assume you mean after you had already requalified for 2023 - 2024? So you're sitting on 1150 right now?

Didn’t April, May and June 2023 month end QFF members have some form of “Status keeper” anyway?

We July 2023 onwards had to earn SCs to retain (including the recent 30% lower bar for WP/P1s).

I’ve written to QFF centre. Scanned my flashy platinum card which I received by post in May after qualification. Will be keen to find out their explanation for relegating me.

Could you go to the activity statement section of the QF website and select Transaction history for the last membership year. I would be curious to see how many status credits accrued are shown there. In particular, if it shows (for some reason) that you earned less than the number required for qualification, you'll want to go through the entries to see what QF is missing here:

Just be careful that the total is actual membership year. There’s a bug in the system for some of us where for activity our member year apparently starts / ends mid month or some other date not the last day of the month eg mine’s 12 July but obviously supposed to be 31 July end date.
