Status matching hotels

I'm currently Hilton Diamond (only because of a credit card spend and that probably won't continue so was thinking about trying to status match with some others. I'm hoping to spend a bit of time in Europe and the US in the next two years and was wondering who are the best to try (or should I try all of them) and what should I expect for a challenge?

Wyndham Rewards is currently offering a status match: Wyndham Rewards offering status match for elite members of other loyalty programs. The program doesn't offer much but it might give you leverage to match elsewhere.

Thanks for that. I’ve just become an Accor Platinum and looking to see if there is any decent status matches out there. I’m already Hilton Diamond thanks to VA

How would I match my Wyndham Diamond to say Hilton, I’m a status match newbie?

I believe both Hilton and Marriott are not directly status matching at present but giving you a challenge.But there is a site for checking though I find clunky to use.

Hilton will status match from IHG Platinum and Spire usually to HH Diamond Status Match
It requires 4 stays for Gold or 8 stays for Diamond. You won't be able to match from HHD of course, though.

Best Western Rewards will match just about anything it seems https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/best-western-rewards/status-match.html

You could match your HHD to BWR Diamond Select and then match away from there.
