Not sure if anyone else has noticed but you might find when booking on the US AA.COM website that checking first/premium with restrictions will change some flights from J to F.

Just noticed this when doing some dummy booking for October.

Seems to be a true first class sleeper seat. Comes in handy for an overnight flight I'm thinking to do.
