I wonder how Hilton views this?

OurDeal - Luxurious 7 nights for FOUR people at The Hilton Surfers Paradise. Put down a deposit to secure your stay! | Travel Daily Deals

It's not being sold by Hilton? Seems to be from Gold Coast Rentals Accommodation which is at the Hilton address. And note that there is "No house keeping available". So I doubt if there's room service or other usual Hilton offerings either.

Anyone can buy an apartment in the Hilton Residences building. But can they then rent it out and claim you are staying in a Hilton?

And here is what agents say if you buy an apartment:

ENJOY ROOM AND VALET SERVICES EVERY DAY*

Residents have access to Hilton Surfers Paradise hotel facilities including:
Heated indoor lap pool
Three recreational outdoor pools
Poolside BBQ and entertainment area
Gymnasium
Sauna and heated spa
Private and secure basement parking
Theatrette

World-class dining and high-end retail are on your doorstep:
Salt Grill – Luke Mangan Restaurant
Fix coughtail Bar
The Food Store - Coffee Shop and Delicatessen
Eforea: Spa at Hilton

* Hotel services, such as valet, room service and Executive Lounge access are available to apartments managed by Hilton. Charges apply for the provision of all hotel services. All residents have access to the hotel facilities including bar, restaurant, day spa and pool.

Yes, for a 7 day stay they want $1,299.00 for a 2 bedroom or $1,899.00 for a 3 bedroom.

I recently stayed 5 nights and was upgraded from a 1 to a 2 bedroom (on the 21st floor too, I think). At the Hilton rate I paid it would have been $1,307.00 for 7 nights. And it had full Hilton services and points earning. So the offer is no great bargain really.
