Still waiting for domestic flight points to be allocated.

During october i took a trip to Cairns and return.The out bound leg has allocated but never the return,waited a couple of weeks then tried to claim them online,system says they have been allocated;call customer service.After three attempts finally spoke to an unhelpfull operator;yes they will be allocated in a week,still nothing.Does any one have any other person/area i can take this up with.Thanks-terry.

There is another thread on this topic, and there was a problem up until about 8 weeks ago, but since then I have noticed my points are all crediting very quickly over my last 15 or so flight.
