I'm aware of the app issue, but this is different.

I am on my web browser (Safari on a MacBook Pro) logged into the QF Business Rewards site trying to book a flight for myself. When I get to the seat selection stage the system is not recognising my status when it comes to seat selection and as a result the entire front of the plane is blocked out. The seats are available. Happening on every flight leg in the booking. I abandon the booking and go to the QF main site instead.

On the QF main site, try to make the exact same booking, logged in on my FF account. When it comes to the passenger details screen there system typically pre-populates the passenger name details. Instead, it has been wiped out and replaced with "SME" for both first name and surname and when I go to correct them I get warning messages saying that it will wipe our seat selection and baggage privileges etc. Have now abandoned that booking too.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Some weird stuff going on with the QF booking experience today.....
