An update on my card, finally got an operator that can deliver the card to Aust.
A few tips when calling amex, when the machine asks for SSN or any other query. You can press the # key and they will give you an alternative query.
When requesting for a card to be delivered internationally, make sure to call at least 11 calendar days from card approval, not an hour or minute less. I called this morning, I think it was about 10 calendar days + 21 hrs since card approval and they asked me to call the next day.
