Sydney Domestic Car Hire Shuttle - which location is likely to be the quickest?

I have booked a weekday morning flight to Sydney blissfully unaware that you now have to get a shuttle bus to pick up hire cars from off site locations and that the official recommendation is to budget an extra 30 minutes for both departures and pickups. So time wise my schedule is now looking much tighter than originally planned. I see there are three off site locations serving differnet rental operators.

1) Avis, Budget, Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar and Europcar at Ross Smith Avenue in the South-East Sector of the airport.
2) Redspot, Enterprise, Alamo and National at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot.
3) SixT at 336-338 King St (Park On King) Mascot.

Does anyone have any insight as to which of these three locations tends to be the fastest to get to and exit from? Plus if anyone with recent expeience of car hire at SYD domestic terminals has any practical tips to speed up the process, that would be most appreciated.

Sixt - Shared shuttle bus run by Park On King, so shared with car park customers
Enterprise - Own shuttle
Avis etc mixture of own shuttle and airport provided bus
Europcar / Hertz - Airport provided bus (Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty are all the same company)

Mornings tend to be hectic traffic wise around the airport, even more so for traffic heading off airport onto local road network so would presume longer journey times due to this heavy traffic.

Worth bearing in mind

Thanks Yipchoi
I have made a booking with Europcar - fingers crossed there is not too much delay in the pickup process!

If time is important (and it's not a long rental) I have been finding it easier to train or walk to Mascot and using a car share vehicle rather than stuffing about with the shuttle buses.
