Sydney int airport T1 - time from baggage drop to gate these days - early morning

Sydney airport T1 - Cathay Pacific 7:35 am flight - how long from baggage drop to gate these days? Are the bad old days of 3 hours well and truly gone?
I did check in online, but because it's code share I have to pick up the boarding passes at the airport.
Off to Helsinki!

As in departure? It's pretty smooth unless something broke.

You'll be looking a quite quick as there aren't a lot of flights departing Int'l at that hour. The main departure rush is between 9 and 11
