Sydney Santiago question

Hi

I am flying V class QF321 to Santiago in September.
As this is a LAN plane with a Qantas Flight No - How can I request upgrade on Qantas points? I cannot do it from Qantas site.

Is this usually a full flight?

Chris,

As it's a codeshare you can't upgrade using points.

Every time I've flown this route, the business cabin is full from Santiago to Auckland, and half full Auckland to Sydney.

The economy cabin looks to be quite decent however usually quite full.

When there is option to upgrade to Premium Economy and Business do I choose both or do I have to select one only?

You can only upgrade with points on a flight operated by Qantas not a codeshare operated by another airline so your question on premium or business is not relevent.

If you are booked in an upgrade eligible economy booking class on a Qantas flight number and travelling on Qantas metal and you have enough QFF points then you can request:

• An upgrade to Business class only or
• An upgrade to Class only or
• An upgrade to Premium Economy should your request for an upgrade to Business class fail.
